For treasures of the European geopark „Bohemian Paradise“

In autumn 2005, the first European geopark in the Czech republic was established under the name Bohemian Paradise. Surroundings of Jilemnice and Nova Paka belong also to the area of geo-park thanks its geologic curiosities. There is a well-known Jewellery of semi precious stones in Nova Paka.
We offer you the track No. 6, which is almost 20 km long - an optimal connection of these two towns. Follow the cycling trail No. 4171 from Jilemnice, towards Lomnice nad Popelkou, to the crossroads near Kruh. Here turn onto the cycling trail No. 4175. Go along the street through the village Kruh, Karlov (nice views of the Giant Mountains) and Stara Paka to Nova Paka.
