Welcome to area of ski lift Pěnkavčí vrch. Ski lift is located in Velká Úpa in Giant Mountain. Its advantageous location is above sea level 1 000 m, in quiet place of easthern part of Giant Mountain. Ski lift is accessible from the top station of chair lift Portáška direction to chalet JANA.
Ski lift /long 500 m/ offers prepared downhill slopes available for the family skiing. A lot of snowboard skiers use this ski area too. Ski lift is open during whole day. You can ski during bad weather conditions and you can see panorama views to the ridge of Giant Mountain here too.
We prepare cross country route through Pěnkavák in total length 5 km. The lovers of cross country skiing find here: quiet, beauty of Giant Mountain and views to Pomezní boudy, Sněžka /the biggest mountain in Czech Republic/ and Černá hora.
We offer to our visitors refreshment in lower ski lift station. You can use also the other possibility of foods.
