The ski mountaineering competitions on the ridges of the Giant Mountains will be enjoyed by both professional competitors and the enthusiastic ski mountaineering public. They race on the slopes of Lysá hora, in the vicinity of Rokytnice nad Jizerou.
Registration for the race will be online again. Registration will be open on Saturday, January 29, from 8.00 to 15.00 and on Sunday from 8.00 to 12.00.
It will be possible to choose from three routes of various difficulties, which will be marked, inspected and continuously repaired in the field.
It will be possible to start individually at the time of opening the registration.
The measurement will take place individually and will be handed over to the organizer online (therefore probably sometimes referred to as "online races").
We would not like to break the tradition of the skialp race in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, and that is why we invite you to this covid year.
We believe that you will come for a walk and enjoy the beauty of the local landscape, even if it is not all spiced up with the announcement of the winners.

About the race
The last weekend of January, on Saturday, January 29, 2022, it will be 21 years since the popular ski mountaineering competition O wooden Krakonoše takes place every year in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. In recent years, ski mountaineering has become an increasingly popular sport in the Czech mountains, not only for recreation but also for racing.
