Christmas tours of the Stachelberg fortress

Stachelberg Fortress, located in the eastern Giant Mountains between the towns of Trutnov and Žacléř, is part of Czechoslovakia. pre-war fortifications. Thanks to the construction in which the fortress remained, the local underground provides a unique example of the construction process of these huge buildings. One tour takes place every day, always at 1 p.m.
The meeting of visitors is in front of the museum, the tour of the exhibition, including the underground, lasts about 90 minutes. You can always find out the current weather on the website using a webcam.
When is it open:
It is open during the Christmas holidays on the 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st December, and always only at 1 p.m. However, beware, on Christmas Day, December 24, the fortress is closed.
